VAULT’s core focus is to ensure the highest quality of all our products from our warehouse to distributor and reseller facilities and ultimately the businesses of the end-users. Unfortunately, mistakes do happen occasionally in the manufacturing, ordering, packing, and shipping process. It is our goal and commitment to our partners to ensure a quick and simple turnaround process for all warranties and returns.

90 DAY WARRANTY

Covers all stock cables, accessories, and replacement components.

Damaged or defective due to manufacturing defect only, general wear not covered.

Shipping responsibility - Customer
1 YEAR WARRANTY

Covers all products composed of HPDE, ABS or any other type of plastic material.

Damaged or defective due to manufacturing defect only, general wear not covered.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

Covers all products composed of metal and/or steel.

Damaged or deffective due to manufacturing defect only, general wear not covered.

PRODUCT RECALLS

Covers product recalls and damaged or defective product due to manufacturing defect within 20 days of use.

Full product replacement.

Original product not returned will be subject to charges determined accordingly by VAULT.

RETURNS

Customer has 30 days to return from date of receiving the package.

Product must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging and must be undamaged.

All returns subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Custom/branded products are No Cancel, No Return (NCNR).
